BUST
I’ve been a life-long fan of Bust magazine. Since I’m a sensitive indie dude, I don’t believe in stereotypical gender roles. I’m a progressive dude just like you. I read Bust to increase my sensitivity to gender issues and understand the “the female experience.”
I used to be more “political” but then everything became supermeshed with the economy and I realized it wasn’t a rational economic decision. I took refuge in crafts and simple things like cool glasses. I realized fashion could be for everyone and didn’t automatically imply the objectification of women. I used to have beliefs that ran counter to society’s norms. Now I have beliefs that run counter to facebook’s norms of “mainstream” status updates. I inject a quirkiness into my social relations that can be perfectly encapsulated in today’s hit indie comedies.

I am not a follower. I am followed. I am being followed. I make crafts and hope to create a DIY mailorder business to sell my wares to members of the alternative economy in an ethical and eco-friendly fashion.
